Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your fit, so if you aren't 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit.

  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then drop your parcel off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
